Opportunity We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage and grow customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer engagement, market dynamics, and sales operations, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned customers and budget base, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Pursue and secure new business opportunities to drive growth within the assigned portfolio. Proactively engage with customers to probe needs and provide customized solutions. Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of target customers and assigned accounts. Communicate key market trends, pricing updates, and policy changes to relevant accounts. Research the territory to identify potential business opportunities and establish new client relationships. Analyze industry and competitive trends to support sales strategy and positioning. Ensure timely and accurate updates in customer relationship management tools, maintaining high-quality data standards. Position Requirements: Proven experience in sales or customer account management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry. Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Analytical approach to understanding market trends and customer behavior. Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting platforms. Self-driven, with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities and achieving targets. This position falls under the administrative stream , supporting global logistics operations through high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions through voice and digital channels. Manage customer onboarding, queries, and relationship follow-up. Process case management, channel communication, contract support, and dispute resolution. Execute tasks using standardized work processes while exercising sound judgment within defined guidelines. Escalate complex or non-routine issues to senior team members or supervisors. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or operations support role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Prior experience in a voice or semi-voice process is preferred. Ability to follow defined processes while applying critical thinking for problem-solving.
