Associate Software Engineer - SAP ATR

As a SAP ATR (Accounting to Reporting) Solutions Engineer at Maersk, you will be responsible for the configuration, development, testing, data conversion, cutover, and deployment of SAP ATR solutions across various business units within the organization. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate with business product owners, architects, SAP developers/engineers, and scrum masters to execute on prioritized backlog items. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring on-time delivery of solutions, maintaining high quality of solution delivery by following design standards, adhering to enterprise architecture guidelines, global template guidelines, and product roadmaps. You will manage and prioritize the product backlog, create backlog items, and map out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers. In order to be successful in this role, you must have experience working as a SAP FICO functional engineer in agile delivery environments, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO as a functional consultant/engineer. You should possess in-depth domain knowledge in the SAP FICO and Accounting to Reporting (ATR) area, as well as experience working with finance business process owners to understand requirements, analyze, prototype solutions, configure, and design. Additionally, hands-on experience in developing SAP solutions using configuration in FICO modules, familiarity with S4HANA including FIORI Apps, and experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEFs are required. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and waterfall delivery models, along with problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, will be essential for this role. A professional or postgraduate degree in a finance and accounting-related discipline, as well as certifications in SAP FI/CO, FI-CA are preferred. A collaborative mindset across business functions and flexibility to work in different time zones are also desired qualities.
