As a global mobility specialist at Maersk in Bangalore, India, your role will involve contributing to Maersk's vision of becoming the global integrator of container logistics by redesigning HR service delivery, operating model, and technology. Your primary focus will be on enhancing HR as a global function and providing exceptional employee experiences worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage cross-border moves and create assignment calculations and offers - Oversee cost calculations, contracts, and terms for international assignments - Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for immigration, tax, and relocation services - Ensure compliance and a positive employee experience, addressing exceptions promptly - Maintain close communication with assignees, explain assignment-related policies, and adapt to various principles - Manage records in ERP and vendor systems, assist assignees during departures, and oversee the annual salary review process for long-term international assignees **Qualifications Required:** - At least 5 years of Mobility Case Management experience - Proficiency in employee relations, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination - Excellent communication skills and ability to join early Additionally, Maersk is committed to supporting applicants" needs during the application and hiring process.
