Role: Key Account Manager

Role & responsibilities

KEY TASKS

  Responsible for growing and leading active partnership with named large corporate customers. 

  Proactively focus on long-term customer relationship development and profitable growth via new services and business expansion geographically

  Proactively developing co-operation with the customers and can build solutions that support customers' business, thus bringing added value and excellent customer experience to the customers. 

  Need to be able to analyze customer information, such as their businesses, values and strategies, and to determine and lead required actions, by taking advantage of our organization and its know-how. 

  Creates both annual and long-term strategic-level sales and customer plans and ensures the successful implementation of the plans.

  Responsible for customer contracts, contract renewals, improvement of contract terms and implementation of price increases. 

  Proactively identify threats and seek new opportunities. Ensures customer retention 100%  Ensuring profitable customer growth and sales management for existing customers.

Preferred candidate profile

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  Experience in independent, successful management of large clients and service sales, preferably in an international operating environment (min. 4 years).

  Ability to identify business potential, build strategic level customer plans to secure profitable growth, and lead the implementation of plans. Knows the principles of customer profitability

  Fluent and comfortable working ways in developing partnerships and negotiating with executive level people in customers organizations. an ability to work with cross functional team to arrive at effective solutions.

  Innovative mindset and inspiring way of working, which helps you to develop business and get things done

  Excellent strategic sales, negotiation and communication skills

  Ability and willingness to network and make an impact
