Job Description

Key Accounts Manager
Location:

Gurgaon

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years

Industry Requirements:

Must have experience in real estate
Must have experience in loyalty sales and client retention

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team.
Drive assigned channel partners to achieve sales targets.
Ensure smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal for channel partners.
Develop, enhance, and implement comprehensive sales strategies and other promotional activities to create new markets and achieve targeted sales.
Drive aggressive sales planning, forecasting, and sales & customer service management.
Devise new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes.
Monitor competitor trends and conduct competitor benchmarking to balance priorities and fulfill customer expectations (e.g., keeping abreast of competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.).
Scan the market, identify business growth opportunities, and prepare and implement growth plans.
Deliver targeted top line as per the project's business plan by meeting sales targets.
Implement mechanisms for evaluation and categorization of channel partners.
Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations and processes.
Regularly analyze sales trends and develop sales techniques targeting the right market with the right tools.
Propose and implement sales promotion activities for the project.
Participate in negotiations and bring deals to closure.
Deliver a positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.
Manage extensive client and channel relation exercises, liaising deals between the organization and clients, and cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business.
Stay constantly updated with the real estate market and gather market intelligence.
