Job Summary:

Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key customer accounts, focusing on LDPE and other polymer products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue objectives.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand technical needs and provide suitable product solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd. and assigned key accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, supply chain, R&D) to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on account status, issues, and sales forecasts.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong background in

  core sales

  (2-3 years of experience).
• In-depth

  technical knowledge

  of polymers, particularly

  LDPE

  (23 years preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in account management and customer relationship handling.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and field support.

Qualification:

• Degree or Diploma in CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology)

  or a relevant technical field.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in the

  polymer industry

  is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
