Role Overview

B2B Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire

    corporate, institutional, and government clients

    for WeHear’s product range.
  • Develop and execute a

    B2B sales strategy

    aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain

    strong relationships

    with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct

    product presentations, demos, and negotiations

    with potential clients.
  • Manage the entire

    B2B sales cycle

    — from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with

    marketing and product teams

    to customize solutions for client needs.
  • Track and analyze

    sales performance, forecasts, and market trends

    .
  • Participate in

    industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows

    to generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain

    sales reports, proposals, and client communication documents

    .
  • Support in building and mentoring a

    sales team

    as the B2B vertical scales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

    Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

    .
  • 2-3 years of experience in

    B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or business development

    , preferably in the

    health tech, medical devices, or electronics industry

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    sales pipelines, negotiation tactics, and client management

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Proven ability to

    achieve and exceed targets

    in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
