Key Account Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Conduct account reviews and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.
