Role Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Delhi team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with our key business accounts, ensuring top-notch service, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage relationships with key B2B clients across sectors

Be the primary point of contact for client communication and account health.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, tech, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of services.

Analyze client data and delivery performance to identify areas of improvement.

Resolve operational or service-related issues proactively and efficiently.

Identify growth opportunities through upselling or cross-selling of Shypfy services.

Maintain CRM records and generate account performance reports regularly.

Who You Are

1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales—preferably in logistics, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Good with data interpretation and client reporting.

Hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

A team player with a problem-solving attitude.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
