Job Description

Amazon Account Management & Strategy (Primary Focus):

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of our Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account(s).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Amazon sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Amazon performance data (sales, traffic, conversion, ACoS, RoAS) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage product listings, ensuring optimal content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, brand stories), keywords, and imagery for discoverability and conversion.
  • Oversee inventory management on Amazon, forecasting demand, ensuring optimal stock levels, and mitigating out-of-stock situations or excess inventory.
  • Monitor and manage Amazon account health metrics, ensuring compliance with all Amazon policies and guidelines (e.g., ODR, late shipment rate, valid tracking rate).
  • Stay updated with Amazon's evolving algorithms, policies, tools, and best practices, proactively adapting strategies.
  • Manage Amazon FBA/FBM operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle cases with Amazon Seller/Vendor Support to resolve issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
