Job Description

We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow our most valuable client relationships. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery, clear communication, and strategic alignment on campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style digital agency and wants to drive impact, not just process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage key client relationships end-to-end
  • Understand client business objectives and craft digital strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with performance, creative, and content teams for campaign delivery
  • Set, manage, and align client expectations on timelines, results, and KPIs
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive account growth
  • Ensure client retention through proactive problem solving and strong rapport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
