Job description Job description: We are looking for an experienced full-time Key Accounts Manager in a mid-level management position. He / She must have experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry selling premium products and / or beverages for a minimum period of 4 year. Responsibilities: · Responsible for HORECA Sales in Assigned Area · Increasing the Brand Visibility · Brand Promotion · to create strong and lasting relationships with key clients. · Main objective is to manage key accounts to achieve designated sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies for these accounts. · Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts · Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships · Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations · Understand category-specific landscapes and trends · Should have the ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive · Should be a tough negotiator and a hardcore guy who cracks the deals, a Profitable Deal Maker · Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories Skills and Qualifications Any Graduate/ Undergraduate who can handle Horeca channel Sales & retail sales Able to cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers Interpersonal skills and skilful organization of tasks, ability to work with little or no supervision. Good negotiation skills Confidant personality Job Requirement : Candidate should have experience in F&B, Beverages, HORECA, and Tonic industry.
