Job Description: Key Responsibilities Data Modeling & Architecture Design and maintain scalable, high-performance data models using Salesforce standard and custom objects. Define and enforce data architecture standards, naming conventions, and metadata management practices. Develop entity-relationship diagrams and data flow diagrams to support solution design. Align data models with business processes and reporting requirements. Evaluate and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform) for unified customer profiles. Integration & Migration Lead data integration efforts using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft). Plan and execute data migration strategies for Salesforce implementations. Implement data retention, archival, and purging strategies to manage data lifecycle. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA). Conduct regular audits and risk assessments related to data access and usage. Documentation & Training Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including data dictionaries, integration maps, and architecture diagrams. Develop training materials and conduct workshops for technical and non-technical users. Support onboarding of new team members and provide mentorship to junior architects or developers. Additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data architecture, with 2+ years in Salesforce environments.
