Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

System Administration

  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings , and troubleshooting

  • Maintain and customize standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.

  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases and upgrades.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

  • Monitor data quality and implement processes for data cleansing and deduplication.

Process Automation

  • Build and maintain advanced automation using Flows (record-triggered, scheduled, screen flows)

  • Support business process improvements through declarative tools, testing, and user support

  • Provide advanced support to Salesforce users if needed .

  • Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions for new users .

Integration & App Management

  • Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.

  • Evaluate and manage AppExchange applications and third-party tools.

  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities; configure / add new services as necessary.

  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain system documentation, including configuration changes and user guides.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

  • Support the development of a structured, standardized, and consolidated set of services that optimally support business processes and applications

  • Additional duties as assigned.

R equired Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 + years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations

  • Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Reports, Dashboards)

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience with data management, DemandTools and CRM best practices

Additional Helpful Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems , Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Equivalent experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • AppExchange governance and third-party integrations

  • Programming/scripting experience

  • Experience with firewall configurations, routers, and managed switches
