Job Summary - Inside Sales Executive

We’re looking for two proactive, results-oriented Inside Sales Executives to help drive growth through targeted inbound/outbound lead generation and client engagement in a B2B setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Conduct outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify leads

• Client Communication & Appointment Setting
• Initiate contact, present product/services, schedule discovery and follow-up meetings
• Communicate value propositions clearly to prospects and build relationships Heroify+1Expertia+1
• CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports (calls made, leads, deals) LinkedIn Business Solutions
• Sales Support
• Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations, promotional campaigns, and closing coordination
• Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-nurture strategies and feedback loops

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
