The Role: Sales Executive

What You’ll Do

• Identify and close B2B deals with salons, distributors & retailers
• Develop client-specific proposals for local and national markets
• Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns
• Represent the brand in meetings, activations & virtual events
• Drive expansion across Indian cities and beyond

• Are an MBA (2022–2024) in Sales/Marketing
• Communicate confidently and handle clients with ease
• Are organized, self-motivated & result-oriented
• Thrive in fast-paced campaign environments
• Own a laptop and bring a go-getter mindset

Salary & Incentives (At a Glance)

-Months 1–3 (Probation):

• Base Salary: ₹10,000
• 3-Sale Bonus: ₹15,000
• Extra Incentives: Up to ₹23,000 (based on number of sales)

• Total Potential:

  Up to ₹43,000/month

-Month 4 Onward (Post-Probation):

• Base Salary: ₹10,000 + perks
• 3-Sale Bonus: ₹15,000
• Incentives start from your: 4th sale:

- ₹3K for the 4th,

- ₹5K for the 5th,

- ₹15K for the 6th

• Extra Incentives: Up to ₹23,000 + ₹3,000 Allowance (Wi-Fi & Travel)

• Total Potential:

  Up to ₹46,000+ per month

Bonus Perks:

• Guaranteed ₹3,000/month allowance post-probation
• Salary appraisal after Month 3 based on performance
