Company crafts luxury decorative hardware and home-decor collections for elite architects, interior designers and boutique hotels across the USA & Europe. They design in Goa, manufacture in India and collaborate with remote sales/marketing talent nationwide. Job Description: We are hiring a detail-driven, relationship-oriented Key Account Manager to serve and grow our network of high-end B2B distributors and retailers. You will manage active clients with care and precision, ensure seamless CRM operations, and maintain outstanding service levels through structured follow-ups and resolution of product inquiries. This role bridges service, sales, and CRM, with clear incentives tied to performance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Account Management & Retention Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of high- end B2B clients in architecture, interiors, and hospitality. Ensure consistent communication through structured monthly follow-ups and relationship nurturing. Monitor order statuses, product feedback, and ongoing satisfaction metrics. CRM & Ticket Flow Ownership Manage incoming client inquiries (product details, stock availability, order updates) from various channels. Use CRM (Zoho) to document interactions, monitor issue resolution, and generate reports. Maintain a service-first, solution-oriented tone that reflects the brands high standards. Growth & Upsell Identify and propose add-on sales or new product recommendations to existing distributors. Track client growth trends and contribute to sales expansion through proactive insight. Support the international sales team by preparing account insights and summaries.
