Job description We are hiring a skilled Tekla Detailer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in detailing concrete structures using Tekla Structures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing detailed reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and accurate 3D models for precast and/or cast-in-place (CIP) concrete components. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of concrete detailing standards, and a collaborative work ethic. Role & responsibilities Create precise and efficient rebar detailing and concrete element modeling using Tekla Structures. Produce shop drawings, formwork drawings, rebar placement drawings, and bar bending schedules (BBS). Model cast-in-place and/or precast concrete components (e.g., slabs, columns, beams, walls, stairs). Ensure the correct placement and spacing of reinforcement according to design and code requirements. Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately. Coordinate with engineers, modelers, and other detailers to resolve conflicts or design issues. Maintain compliance with company and project-specific standards and relevant codes. Deliver drawings and models within project deadlines and quality standards. Preferred candidate profile Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete detailing using Tekla Structures. Experience in reinforced concrete, precast, or cast-in-place (CIP) detailing. Familiarity with international or local standards (ACI, BS, Eurocode, IS).
