🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) with proven experience in B2B partner onboarding and revenue generation. This role is critical to building strong partner relationships, driving lead generation, and expanding our overseas recruitment and mobility business.

You will collaborate with high-performing teams comprising professionals from leading global consultancies and fast-growing startups, making this a strong opportunity for learning, ownership, and growth.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage B2B partners

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partner accounts

• Generate qualified leads through partner networks for overseas job opportunities

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize partner engagement and revenue

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business and growth targets

• Track partner performance, share regular updates, and ensure revenue goals are met

• Conduct market research to identify new partnership and lead-generation opportunities


🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B partner onboarding and account management

• Strong background in lead generation and business development

• Experience in study abroad, overseas recruitment, education consultancy, or related industries is preferred

• Sales-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

• Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight timelines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
