About Job

Acko is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow broker-driven B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key broker accounts, driving business proposals aligned with Acko's strategic goals, and achieving sales targets.This role entails nurturing long-term relationships with brokers, driving revenue growth, and contributing to process improvements. If you have a strong background in sales, insurance, or channel management, a proven track record of successful key account management, and excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, we encourage you to apply.Skills & Qualification
  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field
  • Specialization in Sales, Insurance, or Channel Management is desirable
  • 2-3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in insurance, fintech, or B2B environments
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of general insurance products and B2B distribution models
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and BI dashboards is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with brokers to ensure a steady pipeline of business proposals.
  • Work closely with brokers to pitch and close deals in alignment with Acko's revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with service, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture existing client relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Underwriting, Product, Tech, and Claims to enable process improvements and integrated client solutions.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to projects focused on automating onboarding, improving service delivery, and enhancing the customer journey.
  • Lead and grow key broker-driven B2B partnerships, driving revenue growth and contributing to Acko's strategic goals.
