Key Account Manager

• Identify, hunt, and close new business opportunities with banks, fintechs, and BFSI clients
• Manage and grow key existing accounts to ensure long-term partnerships
• Sell payment processing and card issuance solutions (Debit, Credit, Prepaid cards)
• Handle the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Conduct client presentations, product demos, and proposals
• Work closely with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to deliver customized solutions
• Ensure high client satisfaction through regular engagement and performance reviews
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and ensure timely collections
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor activities
• Travel to client locations as required for meetings and relationship management

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in the payment processing industry
• Strong experience in card issuance systems (Debit/Credit/Prepaid cards)
• Proven experience in B2B sales to Banks / BFSI / Fintech companies
• Hands-on experience in Hunting & Farming accounts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience working with companies like M2P, FSS Global, FIS, YSE, Euronet, or similar is preferred
