Job Title : Business Development Manager About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, polished, and highly driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is aggressive in business pursuit, strategic in approach, and exceptional in client engagement. This role demands a performer who thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently delivers strong results. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and convert high-value business opportunities in line with company revenue goals. Drive end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, closures, and account onboarding. Build a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, industry mapping, and partner engagement. Conduct thorough market research to identify new segments, trends, and competitive landscapes. Develop and maintain powerful client relationships through consistent communication and value-driven engagement. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strategic, high energy approach. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, operations, finance) to deliver seamless customer experience. Present business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports to leadership with accuracy and clarity. Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B Business Development, preferably in IT, technology services, system integration, or related sectors. Strong command over sales pipeline management, lead generation techniques, and closure strategies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a polished executive presence. Demonstrated ability to work aggressively towards targets with a high sense of ownership and urgency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-backed decision-making approach. Ability to build trustworthy relationships with CXOs, Directors, and senior stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital sales platforms.
