About Medhavi Skills University

Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private skills university established under a State Act in Sikkim, dedicated to promoting quality skill education and entrepreneurship integrated with higher education. As a pioneering institution in the convergence of the skilling ecosystem with higher education, MSU aligns with the National Education Policy, 2020 (NEP 2020). creating a mutually beneficial relationship. Through the concept of "Industry as Campus," students gain a competitive edge by acquiring practical skills directly from industry experts. We are looking for a Project Manager to manage partner relationships, coordinate documentation, handle payroll and stipend processes, and ensure smooth financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner & Vendor Coordination

Manage and maintain relationships with aligned partners.
Coordinate with partners for data & document collection required for registration.
Support vendor registration and client onboarding.

2. Payroll & Stipend Process

Collect monthly payroll sheets from partners for apprenticeship programs.
Ensure stipend sheet collection from partners under WISE and validate accuracy.

3. Payment & Financial Follow-ups

Coordinate with partners for timely payment collections.
Maintain records of payments and ensure smooth transactions.

4. Grievance & Compliance Management

Address and resolve grievances raised by partners and stakeholders.
Ensure agreement signing, proper documentation, and storage for compliance.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 3-4 years in project coordination, partner management or operations.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of payroll/stipend processes.
E-mail etiquette.
