Key Account Manager
Your Main Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager creates value through the identification, gain and management of new and existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account profitability.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage and develop national key accounts, anticipating and responding to customer needs and provide insight & reflect market changes through leading customer
- Define and achieve value-add for customer & Schindler by providing a route to innovation while integrating route-to-market strategy with marketing & product development
- Develop relationship-led business (not product selling) and enable joint development to leverage a broader portfolio of products & services with customer
- Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all bid requests and associated offers for key accounts.
- Act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solution to key account issues.
- Provide Key Account tailored reporting
What You Bring
For the Key Account Manager position, Schindler seeks people with:ExpertiseDesired experience in similar positions in the elevator and escalator industry for at least five to seven years.Knowledge and SkillsDesired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry –products, Key Account Management, Selling skills, Schindler Finance knowledge, IT skills, English skills. Customer oriented behavior.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics) & MBA (preferred)
