Key Account Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Key Accounts:

  Be the go-to person for our clients—startups, companies, and recruitment agencies

• Coordinate Job Fulfillment:

  Ensure CV pipelines are built and delivered within timelines

• Engage Agencies:

  Coordinate with agency partners to push active mandates

• Supervise Interns:

  Guide interns working on sourcing, follow-ups, and onboarding

• Platform Enablement:

  Help clients and agencies get the most out of CVSYNK by ensuring proper usage and support

• Feedback Loop:

  Collect insights from users and share with internal teams to improve workflows and platform UX

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of

  Key Account Management experience

  (preferably in recruitment, HRTech, SaaS, or staffing) Preferred- Not mandatory
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Exposure to or interest in the

  recruitment lifecycle

• Strong coordination and multitasking ability
• Detail-oriented and self-driven
• Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and move fast
