Job Description

Position: Corporate MICE Sales Manager – Domestic & International

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Department: Sales / MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)

Reports to: Head of Sales / Director – MICE


Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate MICE Sales Manager to drive both domestic and international MICE business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate travel and event sales, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage events from pitch to execution.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and grow a strong pipeline of MICE business from corporate clients across both domestic and international markets.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and admin heads in corporations.

Create tailored MICE proposals and itineraries based on client requirements and budget.

Collaborate with operations and event planning teams to ensure smooth execution of travel, events, and logistics.

Identify and explore new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and networking.

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Negotiate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other vendors to secure best pricing and quality service.

Keep abreast of industry trends, upcoming destinations, and market developments.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote MICE services.


Requirements:


5+ years of experience in MICE or corporate travel sales, with a strong focus on both domestic and international markets.

Existing corporate client base is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of MICE destinations, travel logistics, group bookings, and vendor management.

Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and onsite event coordination.



Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience working with DMCs and vendors across major international destinations (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, UAE).

Multilingual skills are an added advantage.
