MICE Sales Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in MICE Sales (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven MICE Sales Manager to join our travel and events team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing and selling corporate MICE travel solutions, excellent client servicing skills, and the ability to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE segment (corporate, government, associations).Plan and execute tailored proposals and pitches for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and key decision-makers.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, ticketing, hotels, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of MICE events.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Attend trade fairs, networking events, and sales meetings as required.Maintain updated client databases, reports, and activity trackers.Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and ensure after-sales support.

Key Requirements
