Job Description

Customer-Facing Account Manager / Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the

    primary point of contact

    for assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain

    strong, long-term relationships

    with customers by understanding their needs and aligning internal resources.
  • Drive

    customer retention and satisfaction

    through proactive communication, issue resolution, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Research, Marketing, and Digital) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Track key account metrics such as campaign performance, lead quality, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct review meetings with customers and prepare account reports.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of 46 members to achieve performance and delivery goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and upsell or cross-sell services when relevant.

  • 3–8 years of experience in

    customer-facing roles

    such as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Customer Service Lead, or Sales Team Lead.
  • Experience in

    engineering, manufacturing, B2B services, KPO, or BPO

    industries preferred.
  • Excellent

    communication skills

    (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership mindset, and ability to multitask.
