We are currently hiring "KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER" for a Software Integration company. Applicant must have 10 to 15 Years of KAM for IT Infra sales, Solution sales, Product sales, Direct sales in Software Integration industry. Role Responsibilities Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to align business solutions with client needs. Identify market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders. Negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments to maximize profitability. Monitor account health, addressing any issues promptly to enhance client retention. Provide insights and feedback on product development based on client interaction. Coordinate with marketing teams to promote services aligned with client needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in CRM software. Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network. Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and service opportunities. Train and guide junior staff members on account management best practices. Develop detailed reports on account performance and present to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in key account management or relevant field. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective time management and organizational skills. Experience in negotiation and contract management. Familiarity with market research techniques. Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings. Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders. Prior experience in the HR or recruitment sector is advantageous. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
