Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) in our organization, your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the assigned region. You will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and cultivating long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 4 years of experience in Pharma Sales, with a proven track record in pharma sales or key account management. Your communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills will be essential in developing tailored sales strategies for key clients and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery, conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, will be valuable assets in this role. Educational qualifications required for this position include a B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biology, Microbiology, or Biotechnology. A B. Tech in Biotechnology or a related field is preferred. In return for your contributions, we offer a competitive salary range of 18,000 - 42,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives, quarterly and yearly bonuses, health insurance, provident fund, and paid leave.
