Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact. Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and proactive communication. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work on upselling/cross-selling. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, etc.) to deliver client requirements effectively. Monitor account health, track performance metrics, and present regular reports to clients and management. Negotiate contracts, renewals, and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, maintaining long-term trust. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to anticipate client needs and market opportunities.
