Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including end users and International Project Consultants (IPCs). Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs.
Sales Quota Target Management:
Carry a sales quota and work towards achieving or exceeding it by identifying and securing business opportunities within existing accounts.
Pipeline Development:
Proactively manage and build a sales pipeline from current accounts by engaging clients, understanding their evolving needs, and proposing appropriate AV/UC solutions.
Travel Client Visits:
Travel up to 70-80% of the time across India to meet with clients, conduct product demos, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Client Engagement Reporting:
Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance, client feedback, and emerging opportunities. Ensure all client interactions are documented and tracked in the CRM system.
