Project Manager (AV/Technology Integration)

Role Overview The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of AV and technology integration projects in Bangalore. This is a client-facing, on-site role responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing work at client sites. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AV and technology integration projects from initiation to handover. Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Manage site activities, supervise installation teams, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and changes. Conduct regular site meetings and provide clear, timely communication to all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Support project close-out, including client training, documentation, and handover. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in AV, technology, construction, or related industries. At least 3 years of hands-on site management experience, overseeing installation and execution at client locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and teams at all levels. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and documentation practices. PMP or similar project management certification (preferred but not mandatory). Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred). Willingness to travel locally as required for project needs.
