Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mehsana for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Responsibilities include developing and executing account management strategies, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing client communications, and collaboratively working with internal teams to meet client objectives. The role requires maintaining a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Problem-Solving
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
  • Project Management and Team Collaboration Skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business development opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the organic or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
