Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, coordinate internal teams, and drive revenue growth through effective account management. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain strong relationships with existing key clients and act as their primary point of contact. Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services/projects. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, creative, sales, marketing) to meet client expectations. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts. Handle client escalations and provide quick, effective resolutions. Prepare and present account performance reports, proposals, and updates. Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth execution. Meet monthly targets related to revenue, retention, and client satisfaction.
