Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to support end-to-end US IT recruitment. You will work on real client requisitions, sourcing and qualifying niche technical talent, and driving the hiring process in close collaboration with US account managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze US IT/engineering JDs and identify core vs secondary skills, tech stack, location, rate, and work auth.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn (Boolean/X-ray), Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal DB, and referrals.
• Screen resumes for technical relevance, US project exposure, and stability.
• Conduct initial screening calls: technical fit (JD-based), communication, availability, location, and rate.
• Ensure candidates are “submission-ready” (updated resume, verified details, confirmed interest).
• Prepare client-ready submissions: resume, skill summary, work auth, rate/salary, availability.
• Coordinate interviews across US time zones and manage feedback, re-submissions, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in ATS/CRM and internal trackers, adhering to US staffing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–4 years in US IT recruitment OR strong interest in US IT staffing.
• Basic understanding of full US staffing lifecycle (intake → sourcing → screening → submission → interview → offer → onboarding support).
• Awareness of common IT roles/stacks:
• Dev: Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript/React/Node, etc.
• Cloud/DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker.
• QA: Manual, automation, API, performance.
• Data & ERP: Data Engineer, BI/Analytics, SAP, Oracle.
• AI/ML & Generative AI (basic awareness, willingness to learn).
• Ability to differentiate contract vs full-time roles and candidate expectations.
• Strong English communication; professional email, messaging, and call etiquette for US market.
• Hands-on or quick-learning aptitude with:
• LinkedIn sourcing (Boolean).
• US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder).
• ATS/CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

US Staffing Knowledge (Mandatory Awareness)

• Basic knowledge of work auth: US Citizen, GC, H1B, EAD, OPT/CPT.
• Awareness of W2 vs C2C models and basic rate structures.
• Exposure/awareness of MSP/VMS (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) is a plus.

Performance Metrics

• Weekly qualified, submission-ready profiles.
• Submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.
• Interview feedback quality and alignment with client expectations.
• Candidate responsiveness, follow-through, and offer acceptance.
• Data accuracy and process compliance in ATS/CRM.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Business/Technical is an advantage).
• HR or technical background is a plus
