Position Overview

Staff Software Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and optimize large-scale, enterprise-grade

  CI/CD pipelines

• Design and manage

• Integrate and customize tools including

• Implement observability and governance practices by

  tracking metrics and extracting actionable insights from CI/CD and security tools

  to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Establish technical standards and best practices for development, deployment, and operations across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success implementing

  AWS-based CI/CD and automation architectures

  in production-grade, large-scale environments.
• Proficiency in

  Python

  for infrastructure automation, configuration management, and system integration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with modern

  DevOps and build automation tools

  (as listed above).
• Strong knowledge of

  Linux systems engineering

  , shell scripting, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience installing, configuring, and maintaining

  security-conscious CI/CD toolchains

  with integrated quality gates and compliance validation.
• Experience with

  infrastructure as code (IaC)
