What You'll Master

This isn't just a training role; it's a 6-month, high-intensity immersion where you'll be treated as a future leader from day one. You will:

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior architects and engineers to design and implement robust, scalable cloud solutions on leading platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
• Get hands-on with the modern DevOps toolchain: Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and OpenTelemetry. You will learn how to automate, deploy, and monitor like a pro.
• Work with real-time queueing systems, distributed computation frameworks, and massive data warehouses like BigQuery to build the next generation of data platforms.
• Your ideas matter. You'll be encouraged to develop new concepts and solutions, directly contributing to Transcloud's Intellectual Property.

What Makes You the Right Fit

We are seeking high-achieving, ambitious individuals who are ready to make a significant impact.

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT. Minimum aggregate score of 75% in both your Degree and HSC (+12).
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (a strong preference for Python).
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Knowledgeable in the Linux operating system and a basic understanding of any major cloud platform.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end conceptual understanding of modern web/mobile applications.
• A profound passion for learning, a "can-do" team-player mindset, and the grit to own problems until they are fully solved.
