Job Description

At Whizz HR, we are hiring Mumbai-based Junior Recruiter for our team. With 0 to 6 months of recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening: Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking) and reviewing resumes to shortlist qualified individuals. Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing logistics, and potentially conducting initial phone or video screenings. Candidate Management: Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, and addressing queries. Database Management: Keeping candidate information organized and up-to-date in the applicant tracking system or other relevant databases. Reporting and Analysis: Assisting with tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and contributing to the improvement of the recruitment process. Relationship Building: Developing relationships with potential candidates to build a talent pipeline for future needs. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team, including tasks like scheduling meetings and preparing documentation. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of recruitment trends, best practices, and relevant industry information. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reviewing resumes, managing candidate information, and coordinating logistics. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with candidates and establish positive working relationships with colleagues. Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is often preferred. Knowledge of Recruitment Processes: Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required. Experience: Prior experience in recruitment or a related field (e.g., HR internship) is beneficial.
