You will work closely with the HR team to source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
