Position : Junior Recruiter Location : Ahmedabad , Sindhubhavan Road Experience : 0.6 – 2 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Working Days : Monday to Saturday About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Understand job descriptions and requirements for various roles Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist in onboarding and offer roll-out formalities Maintain recruitment reports and trackers Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or relevant field 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you able to commute to Sindhubhavan Road, behind Taj Hotel?
