What you’ll be doing:
- Turn early ideas or vague problems into real features our users love.
- Use tools like Figma, Webflow, V0.dev, Lovable, Bolt to create fast prototypes.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and product leadership to define how things should work.
- Focus on clear UX flows, good writing, and small details (copy, micro-interactions, etc.).
- Track how your features are used and improve them based on feedback.
- Join sales calls, shadow users, or run quick interviews to stay close to real problems.
- Keep the team updated, ask for help early, and share what you’re learning.
- Work independently, but with regular check-ins and support from product leaders.
🎯 You’ll thrive here if you:
- Think clearly and write clearly — you care about communication.
- Have strong taste – you don’t just tolerate design, you value and critique it.
- Are obsessed with design, UX, and product quality.
- Have 1–2 years of experience in product, design, or similar roles.
- Are hands-on with prototyping tools (Figma, Webflow, etc.).
- Have solid UX intuition – you think in flows, not just screens.
- Care more about outcomes than output.
- Are not afraid to ship early, break things, and fix fast.
