Ensure compliance with travel policies , fare rules, and visa requirements. Manage schedule changes , delivering excellent customer service. Requirements: 24 years of experience in travel consulting and GDS ticketing. Proficiency in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo systems. Deep knowledge of ticketing processes including issuance, reissuance, and refunds . Strong customer service and communication skills .
