Junior Product Manager

You will be joining one of the leading Fintech companies in India for the position of Junior Product Manager based in Chennai. With 3-7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the following responsibilities: - Gathering requirements and documenting them as comprehensive Business Requirement Documents. You will be involved in designing workflows and user journeys. - Conducting market research to deeply understand customer needs. - Collaborating with various teams including business, technology, and marketing to oversee product rollouts. - Managing the end-to-end product roadmap, from ideation to product launch, life cycle management, and backlog by effectively communicating with stakeholders. - Establishing partnerships with banks and acquiring entities for mutually beneficial engagements. - Utilizing available data to evaluate product performance and gaining hands-on experience with data management and reporting. - Delivering engaging product presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to both internal and external audiences. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Invision, and other similar platforms. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently in the dynamic fintech industry will be crucial. A Master's or Undergraduate degree in computer science or business will be an added advantage.,
