Junior Product Manager

You will work closely with cross-functional teams Technology, marketing, operations, customer support and Sales to deliver competitive travel products and delightful customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end product lifecycle management for holiday packages (from requirement gathering to launch & optimization).
• Conduct market research & competitor benchmarking to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.
• Work with design & tech teams to improve website & app holiday booking experience.
• Define & track KPIs (conversion rate, cancellation rate, repeat bookings) for holiday products.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns, push notifications, and emailers for promotions.
• Support Team by preparing business cases, product documents, and presentations.
• Ensure customer feedback loops are captured and integrated into product improvements.
• Maintain accurate product information across websites & apps.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 23 years of experience in product management, holidays, OTA, or travel industry.
• Strong understanding of domestic & international travel markets.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms, travel APIs, and booking systems.
• An analytical mindset & experience with tools like GA, CleverTap or WebEngage will be preferred
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for travel, technology, and creating customer-first experiences.
