Experience Required- 1-3 years We are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter with proven experience in client-facing recruiting and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top technical talent to fulfill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire needs for our clients. You’ll collaborate with sales and delivery teams to drive growth and provide a best-in-class candidate and client experience.Key Responsibilities:Partner with sales and account managers to understand client requirements and build recruiting strategies.Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking for contract and full-time roles.Screen candidates for technical fit, soft skills, availability, and project suitability.Coordinate technical interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.Maintain and grow a pipeline of pre-vetted consultants across key technologies.Support onboarding, compliance, and documentation for placed candidates.Stay up to date on market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability.Represent the company professionally with both clients and candidates.
