Job Summary:

OpenText Liaison EDI Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, map, and manage systems for EDI-based transactions and workflows.
• Set up and maintain cross-reference tables; monitor and troubleshoot file delivery and exceptions.
• Execute new trading partner setups including validation and testing.
• Manage EDI upgrades and transition projects (Delta Liaison to newer environments).
• Develop and maintain detailed EDI process documentation.
• Monitor document flows and identify issues independently using ECS tools.
• Create and manage ECS channels, event rules, schedules, and reports.
• Collaborate with integration teams and external partners for successful implementation.
• Provide go-live support and act as liaison between technical and business teams.
• Support the Business Development team with EDI technical expertise.

Required Skills:

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in

  OpenText ECS and Delta Liaison EDI software

• Strong expertise in

  EDI mapping, transformation, and trading partner configuration

• In-depth knowledge of

  EDI standards

  : ANSI X12, EDIFACT, etc.
• Familiarity with EDI transaction sets:

  850, 855, 856, 810, 997, 940, 945

  , etc.
• Understanding of communication protocols like

  FTP, SFTP, AS2

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment experience in Delta Liaison
• Experience in

  CSV, IDOC, XML, JSON, flat files

• Prior involvement in

  end-to-end testing

  with trading partners and backend systems
• Agile methodology and

  Azure DevOps

  knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Domain understanding in

  Retail, Logistics, and Warehouse EDI workflows

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in ECS/Delta

  installations, upgrades, and environment setups

• Exposure to

  API-based integrations

• Experience with

  EDI migration projects
