Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to support our staff augmentation sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with early-career experience in sales, recruitment, or client relationship management, who are eager to grow in the staffing industry. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.Support lead generation and outreach efforts to pitch staffing services.Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.Schedule and coordinate client meetings for senior sales staff.Maintain and update CRM tools with client data and sales activities.Follow up with prospects to track interest and gather feedback.Collaborate with recruiters to understand talent availability and match client needs.Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, recruitment, or business development (preferably in IT or staffing).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of staff augmentation or recruitment services.Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
