Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin professional to manage end-to-end HR operations along with office administration. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, facility management, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities: HR Functions: Manage recruitment, onboarding & exit formalities Maintain employee records, attendance & payroll inputs Implement HR policies, compliance & statutory requirements Drive employee engagement & internal communication Support performance management & training activities Admin Functions: Oversee office administration, facility management & housekeeping Handle procurement, vendor coordination & AMCs Manage travel, security, pantry & office supplies Ensure workplace safety, hygiene & asset management Coordinate office events, meetings & logistics Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration 3–5 years of HR & Admin experience Strong communication, organisation & problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage end-to-end operations Experience with HRMS, MS Office & vendor management Why Join Us: Opportunity to manage a hybrid role with growth potential Exposure to both HR strategy and administrative operations Collaborative and employee-focused culture
