Responsibility Roles Responsible for identifying, attracting & screening suitable candidates for an organisation Ensure the hiring process is smooth, professional & aligned with company goals Talent Acquisition Source candidates (job portals, referral, networking, social media & college job fair) Job post description & camping (source clg & portals) Screen resume & shortlist potential candidates Interview Management Conduct telephonic, video & face-to-face interviews Co-ordinate between candidate & hiring manager Assess candidate skill, experience, and cultural fit (outfit) HR Operation Support Maintain candidate database & recruitment tracker Co-ordinate internal departments for staffing needs Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies Selection & Onboarding Manage offer letters, salary negotiation & joining formalities Support onboarding & orientation for new hiring HR Required Skills Strong communication & interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment tools & job portals Basic knowledge of HR policies Time management & multitasking ability Negotiation skills Professional & approachable attitude
